Booking Terms

Last updated: July 2026. These terms describe how bookings with Bodha Yatra (Bodha Retreat LLC) work in general. The written quote you receive is the governing document for your journey: it states the exact price, payment, and cancellation terms for your departure.

Enquiries and reservations

Submitting an enquiry or online reservation costs nothing and does not commit you to travel. A place on a departure is confirmed only when you accept a written quote and make the payment stated in it. As standard, the full amount is paid at booking, cancellation within one month of booking brings a full refund, and after one month payments are non-refundable.

What the price covers

Unless your quote states otherwise, the price covers accommodation, sattvic meals, transport within Nepal from arrival in Kathmandu, permits, temple entries, and the scholar program for the itinerary. International flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is required for every pilgrim. Cover requirements are provided when you book.

Health and fitness

The itinerary reaches 3,710 metres. You are responsible for disclosing health conditions that could affect your journey; we will advise honestly on suitability.

Changes beyond our control

Mountain travel can be affected by weather, road conditions, and official closures. Where changes are necessary we arrange the closest practical alternative and communicate promptly.
