Seven days through the sacred corridor of the Kali Gandaki
Group departures October & November 2026 · Six dates
Seven days from Pashupatinath to the door of Muktinath, up the deepest gorge on earth, past Galeshwor and its four darshans, to the sangam of the ancestors and the temple named for liberation itself.
Liberation is His name and His gift. Only here do you ask for their mukti from Mukti Nath himself.
The one river on earth where Narayan dwells as the Shaligram. Every pinda here is placed directly into His hands.
The sacred confluence where the Himalaya has offered shraddha for thousands of years.
The Lord of Mukti at the door. Narayan himself in the river.
The Prayag of the ancestors at the sangam.
Every darshan of the corridor, held in seven unhurried days.
Every day, every stay, every ritual, the full price. Yours in one PDF.

Florida Seller of Travel ST46609. 110+ pilgrimages, 1,100+ pilgrims since 2016.
Three decades of Muktinath and Shaligram research, at your side every evening.
We are from Mukti Kshetra. One team, from your first call to the riverbank.
The ritual takes one morning.
Arriving ready for it takes nine days.
The yatra household forms.
You are received at Tribhuvan Airport and brought to the hotel. In the evening the orientation katha opens the week: the corridor you are about to enter, and why. First bhojan together.
Where every Nepal yatra rightly begins.
Morning darshan at Pashupatinath on the banks of the Bagmati. Then the road west along the Trishuli, rest stops paced for elders. Evening katha on the sacred geography of the Gandaki. On private yatras this leg is a twenty-five minute flight.
The four darshans, and the deepest gorge on earth.
An early start into the valley of the Kali Gandaki. At Galeshwor, the four darshans: Galeshwor Dham, the Chakra Shila, the Kali Gandaki herself, and Bharat Gupha. Then up through the deepest gorge on earth, the river beside the road for hours, to Kagbeni. At dusk, the first darshan of the sangam, in silence, from above.
The riverbed where Bhagwan self-manifests as stone.
The Shaligram riverbed at morning: standing in the bed of the one river on earth where Bhagwan self-manifests as stone, with the Shaligram darshan ceremony held there. Then the sangam itself, the Prayag of the Ancestors, where the Kali Gandaki receives the Jhong Khola. Families who wish may add shraddha and tarpan here, arranged with our purohit. The afternoon rests at altitude.
The Lord of Liberation, only svayam-vyakta kshetra outside the subcontinent.
Dawn ascent by jeep to Muktinath, 3,710 metres, the Lord of Liberation, the only svayam-vyakta kshetra of Bhagwan Vishnu outside the Indian subcontinent. The mandir, the 108 dharas, Jwala Mai, all unhurried, with doli and horse support for elders on the final approach. Descent through Kagbeni, and the evening at Jomsom.
Down the gorge the way the river goes.
Down the gorge the way the river goes, with a stop at Marpha village if the family wishes. Seven to eight hours to Pokhara, and an easy lakeside evening. The mountain days are complete; the body comes down gently.
What was witnessed at the river travels home with you.
The road back to Kathmandu, and departures. Book international flights from 9 pm onward, or ask us to arrange an additional Kathmandu night. On private yatras this is a morning flight, and early afternoon departures work.
Every day of the yatra keeps the same spine: unhurried mornings at the tirtha, sattvic bhojan, evening katha drawn from the shastras of this corridor, and rest paced for elders, with seated darshan options at every major site.
We speak with your family before you fly: who is coming, their age and health.
The Shaligram ceremony, the four Galeshwor darshans, Muktinath. Nothing missed.
Gradual ascent, oxygen carried, doli and horse support at Muktinath.
Two sattvic meals daily, a dedicated cook all seven days.
Dr. Kul Raj Chalise with you, all seven days.
The whole corridor by road, no mountain flight to be cancelled.
Twelve pilgrims per departure, rooms on twin sharing. The whole corridor by road, every darshan held in seven unhurried days.
The same corridor, held for your family alone, on the dates of your choice. Kathmandu to Pokhara flights included on private yatras.
One clear price covers everything within Nepal: every stay on twin sharing, two sattvic meals daily, all private chartered vehicles (Kathmandu–Pokhara flights on private yatras), the Shaligram darshan ceremony and the four Galeshwor darshans, ACAP and TIMS permits, doli support for elders at Muktinath, and a guide for all seven days. Shraddha and tarpan at the Kagbeni sangam can be added for your family, with purohit, vedi and full samagri, US $250. International flights, visa, insurance and taxes are separate.
Our family is from this kshetra, and for ten years we have guided pilgrims through it. This corridor is not a route to us; it is the ground we grew up on. We hold this yatra the way we would show our own home to family.
The Chalise family · MuktinathIn 2023, when Nepal sent sacred shilas from the Kali Gandaki to Ayodhya, the Government of Nepal appointed Dr. Kul Raj Chalise cultural advisor to the yatra. The scholarship your family travels with is the scholarship a nation trusted.

Plan for 10 to 11 days door to door: one to two travel days each way around the seven days in Nepal.
Kagbeni sits near 2,800 metres and Muktinath at 3,710 metres. The ascent is gradual by design, with rest built into every altitude change, warm rooms, vehicle access throughout, oxygen carried with the group, and doli and horse support for elders on the final approach at Muktinath.
Yes. Shraddha and tarpan at the Kagbeni sangam can be added for your family on Day 4, with purohit, vedi and full samagri, for US $250 per family. Valid in every season by the vidhi of the tirtha. Tell us on the family call and we prepare it properly. If your intention is shraddha on Sarva Pitru Amavasya itself, see our Pitru Moksha Yatra.
This is a pilgrimage by vehicle with short walks, not a trek. The Muktinath morning involves steps at altitude, taken slowly. Elders complete this yatra with dignity; tell us about any health conditions and we will advise honestly.
From $1,800 per pilgrim on shared basis, covering everything within Nepal: every stay on twin sharing, two sattvic meals daily, all private vehicles (Kathmandu–Pokhara flights on private yatras), the Shaligram and Galeshwor darshans, ACAP and TIMS permits, and a guide for all seven days. International flights, visa, insurance and taxes are separate. Private dates: couple $3,200, family of three to five from $2,400 per pilgrim.
It is built for them. The corridor is by vehicle, mornings are unhurried, seated darshan is arranged at every major site, and doli and horse support carry elders on the final approach at Muktinath. Rooms are warm and the pace is set by the slowest walker, always.
The full amount is paid at booking; your place on the departure is confirmed the same day. Cancel within one month of booking for a full refund, no questions asked. After one month, payments become non-refundable, as rooms, vehicles, permits, and any vedi arrangements are committed for your departure.
Two sattvic meals each day, late morning and early evening, without onion or garlic, to our standard throughout, with safe water and herbal tea through the day. Most nationalities, including US citizens, receive a Nepal visa on arrival, roughly $30 to $50; Indian citizens need none.
The fastest way to plan your yatra is to talk to us. Call or message on WhatsApp, and one of our own family will answer, not an agent.
